When you think you want to climb the walls or stand up and shout,
Here is a little Damit doll you can not do without.
Just grasp it firmly by the legs and find a place to slam it.
Then as you whack the stuffing out yell, "DAMIT, DAMIT, DAMIT!"

These homely little dolls were
lovingly made by Kathy, a long time
link in our 'Circle'.
She kindly sent them to anyone in need of 'stress relief' and they've helped many of us through some pretty tough times.
Thanks, Kathy, for your
friendship and caring.

Kathy -  the "Mother of all Damit Dolls"
Carol - "My little Cursella seems to have
a very limited vocabulary in English.  Her
native tongue is rather saucy, and she
often asks that I pardon her French."
"She's my stand in when I'm out to lunch."
Kirsti - "My friend, Nicorette, and I."
Phyllis - "I try my best to go easy on her, but sometimes
you gotta do what you gotta do . . . . "
Together we can make it . . .

Damit Doll Does It All

When I've wept
and have not slept
sentenced to lay in bed and toss,

I jump out of bed to clear my head
by coming to the Circle.
Here, there's no ridicule.

Circle peers are great
make no mistake
as someone's always here
to help wipe away a tear.

But if I choose
I cannot lose
if I grab my Damit Doll
when at wit's end I fall.

So I squeeze it tight
with all my might
or as Kathy suggests, I slam it
and scream DAMIT, DAMIT, DAMIT!

Here's me with mine!
I no longer whine
'cause with my Damit Doll
I win!  I've beat it all!
